M2 arrests update

The two men and one boy arrested on the M2 on Wednesday last week (2 April) appeared at Medway Magistrates Court on Friday (4 April).
They are Darren Foreman, 23, of Hainault Road in Romford, Essex, John Falzon, 19, of Lowen Road in Rainham, Essex and a 15-year-old from Romford in Essex.
All three are charged with the three burglaries in East Kent in Birchington and Tankerton, a burglary in Hornchurch in Essex, aggravated vehicle taking and John Falzon is also charged with driving while disqualified and with no insurance.
All three were remanded in custody, the 15-year-old boy to secure accommodation because of his age, and they will all appear at Margate Magistrates Court on Friday 11 April.
